National FCA Staff
At National FCA, the work is about the people we serve. The daily operations include extensive labor management relations, such as collective bargaining dispute resolution and negotiating model agreements. In the area of government relations, we facilitate a continuing dialogue with regulators and lawmakers on industry issues. National FCA also collects and shares industry best practices. A staff of five manages the work of National FCA. Collectively, they bring more than 75 years of experience to the association.
