National FCA knows that what happens in the national arena and in the local legislatures can dramatically affect both the union construction industry and the business interests of its members. National FCA is the "voice" for union finishing contractors in the nation's capitol. We work to protect the interests of our contractors by supporting public policy initiatives that favor the union construction industry. The goal is to help our members retain market share, save money and conduct their businesses under the most favorable laws and regulations.
