Who Can Join
Membership in National FCA is open to contractors who are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades and whose agreements contain a provision requiring contributions to the Labor Management Cooperation Initiative, or LMCI. National FCA represents union contractors in the painting, glass and glazing, drywall finishing, floorcovering, and allied trades.
Two Types of Membership
Membership in a local FCA affiliated organization that represents contractors in a specific trade or geographical area aligned with one of the IUPAT's District Councils. Contact National FCA Regional Vice President for full details on how to organize a local FCA Affiliate or bring your association to full National FCA Affiliate status.
Individual Company Membership is for contractors whose home office is located in an area not served by a local FCA Affiliate.
