Federal guidelines in Canada and the United States recommend employers have a COVID-19 exposure control plan for their workplace. A key component of those plans is having a process in place to assist employees who report they are experiencing symptoms of a potential COVID-19 infection on the job.
FCA International has developed a step-by-step checklist signatory contractors can utilize to safely assist potentially-infected employees from the jobsite to their home or medical facility (depending on their symptoms).
