The Construction Employers of America (CEA) is a coalition of seven premier national construction specialty contracting associations, working together to raise awareness among policymakers, opinion leaders, and the general public, about the value of high-quality American construction.

The CEA engages on national, state, and local public policy initiatives to strengthen the domestic construction industry and provide opportunities for top-quality construction workers to earn the skills they need to command high wages.

FCA International is one of the founding members of the CEA and works to ensure our contractors’ interests are represented. Through the CEA, FCA International is able to combine the voices of our 7,000 contractor members with contractors in other trades to further increase the signatory construction industry’s influence on Capitol Hill.

The charter members of the Construction Employers of America include the International Council of Employers of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, FCA International, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, the National Electrical Contractors Association, the Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association, Signatory Wall and Ceiling Contractors Alliance, and The Association of Union Constructors.
