FCA Members Take to Capitol Hill to Ensure Your Voices are Heard
Signatory contractors and industry representatives hit Capitol Hill for FCA’s 2025 legislative fly-in to advocate for prompt pay and change order reform, Public Private Partnership (P3) bonding requirements, tax reform and other core legislative priorities. Attendees held almost 30 meetings with Senators, Representatives and their staff as well as a meeting with the White House Public Liaison in the Eisenhower Executive Building (the office of the Vice President). The group also met with the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans (NCCMP) to discuss the latest on multiemployer pension reform.
Thanks to this year’s delegation, your voices were heard in the halls of Congress, and Congressional representatives understand the impact signatory contractors have in their communities as a major component of North America’s economic engine.
FCA legislative fly-ins are open to all FCA members, and you don’t have to be a policy expert to get value from the event. Email us at fca@finishingcontractors.org for information on upcoming legislative fly-ins.
