Membership is available to contractors who fulfill the following requirements:
1) Either Signatory to, or interested in becoming signatory to, a collectively bargained labor agreement(s).
Contractor membership in FCA International shall be comprised, as follows:
1) Member – Any contractor signatory to a collectively bargained labor agreement.
2) Contributing Member – Any signatory contractor to a collectively bargained labor agreement and has signed an FCA International, Inc Contributing Membership Agreement providing financial support to FCA International.
3) Association Member – Any signatory contractors that are members of a local or regional association who are all bound to a collectively bargained labor agreement and which the association has signed an FCA International Association Membership Agreement providing financial support to FCA.
Contributing and Association Members shall be considered Regular Members.
Each Regular member, in good standing, shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members. Each member firm shall designate one representative who shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members at any meeting of members.
Membership is subject to approval by a majority vote of the FCA Board of Directors.
