FINISHING INDUSTRY PEER GROUPS
When it comes to high level strategy for your business, peer groups can not only help you innovate and grow, they can also help you to stay accountable to your goals. FCA members have requested a peer group structure specifically focused on the betterment of signatory contractors and the obstacles they face.
To that end, the Finishing Industry Community is coming together to create a platform for signatory contractors and industry stakeholders to grow together and support each other. FCA International will be holding its first Peer Group meetings during the upcoming FCA International Leadership Council at Las Vegas’ Wynn Hotel from March 23-26.

FCA International will compile the initial Finishing Industry Peer Groups based on submissions received. Once the group is established, any new group members must be agreed upon by all current members.
Peer Group members will decide upon a group moderator. FCA International will place an experienced industry professional to moderate at the Group’s request.
