Signatory contractors and industry representatives hit Capitol Hill for FCA’s 2023 legislative fly-in to advocate for workforce development solutions, change order and prompt pay protections for contractors and other core legislative priorities. Attendees held over 30 meetings with Senators, Representatives and their staffs. The group also met with the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans (NCCMP) to discuss the latest on multiemployer pension reform.

The packet above contains more information on FCA’s legislative priorities, guidance for Congressional meetings and support letters for several of the initiatives contractors were advocating for.

It is thanks to FCA contractors’ efforts that your voices are being heard in the halls of Congress, and that Congressional representatives understand the impact you have in their communities as a major component of North America’s economic engine.
